The IRWA Offers many courses that relate to specific right-of-way land acquisition issues as well as courses that relate to communication and negotiation in any setting. IRWA courses are transferable to many other certifications.

SR/WA Candidacy Application Process Update
Now, to apply for Candidacy, you fill out the Candidacy Declaration form and send it directly into the World Headquarters Office. Once we have processed your Declaration, you and your chapter’s PDC Chair will be notified via email. You are then eligible to take the SR/WA Exam(s). Once all of the requirements for the certification or designation have been met, you will then fill out the Completion Application and send that in to your Chapter’s PDC Chair. They will review it, and once it is approved, they will send it into the WHQ Office for processing. After the Completion Application has been processed, you will again by notified via email.
